ProdigySales.com Refund Policy
To request a refund of unused funds in your account, please call 1-866-700-4545 ext. 8.
- A Customer Service Representative will take your information and submit a refund request for you.
- The refund request will be validated against the funds available in the account. If approved, the account balance will be debited the amount of the refund.
- ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Credit Card Refunds
A Credit Card Transaction ID or account verification is required to process. If information cannot be validated, no refund will be issued.
Cash Refunds
A Transaction ID is required in order to process a cash refund. The transaction ID can be found on the front of your receipt below the date. No exceptions.
Video Visits Minutes Refunds
The balance of visitation minutes that are unused may be refunded back to the customer, as long as the transaction ID is provided. The balance will be credited back to the credit card the funds were purchased with.
Text Message Refunds
The unused balance of text message funds that are unused may be refunded back to the customer, as long as the transaction ID is provided. The balance will be credited back to the credit card the funds were purchased with.
Credit Card Verification Process
Once you have reached a transaction threshold set by our credit card processing center, the credit card will be declined until the threshold resets. If you wish to use this card prior to the “reset”, you will need to undergo the Credit Card Verification Process.
- Step 1 - contact our customer service center at 1-866-700-4545 ext. 8 and speak with a Call Center Agent to have a verification form completed. You will also need to fax the front of the credit card you wish to have verified along with your name, phone number, address and full sixteen digit credit card number written out and legible via fax to 1-856-206-0945.
- Step 2 - Once the information is received, the business office will confirm that all information matches and the credit card will be considered verified. If the information does not match, a call center agent will be in touch to get the correct information.
- Step 3 - After the process is completed, the credit card information will be destroyed as we do not store this data whatsoever.
Video Calls
By utilizing the off-site or in-person video system, you consent that all communications including Video, Text, E-mail, Requests, Grievances etc. are monitored and recorded, except communication between attorney and client.
Video call rules:
- No flashing or showing of body parts, nudity of any kind, or lewd behavior will be tolerated. Violation will result in permanent suspension.
- Visitors are not allowed to use recording devices, cameras, or capture images by any source at any time for any reason.
- No rude or vulgar behavior.
- Profanity will not be tolerated. Any violation can result in permanent suspension.
- No drugs, tobacco, alcohol, or weapons are to be shown/used during videos.
- Person in video must be the person set up for that account.
- Visitors cannot enter another telephone number on account for someone else to use.
- Inmates will not share visits. Inmates may not start a visit and allow another inmate to finish the visit.
- Both visitor and inmate must have appropriate clothing on (No low-cut shirts, tank tops or dresses) and clothing must remain on.
- Inmates must be wear standard issued uniforms all times.
Visitation privileges may be terminated for any reason with or without cause as directed by the jail administrator or designee.If an inmate violates the rules listed above, there may be a loss of up to 30 days or permanent restriction of visitation.
